Before founding TowerOS, Dennis worked for American Airlines for over 20 years. Having started in Customer Technical Support for the airline's major accounts, he ultimately became a strategist in the Strategic Business and Technology Planning division. His "end-to-end" knowledge and experience formed the basic foundation of Tower Online Solutions and the guiding principles that ensure the company remains focused on all issues relative to each client at all times. A top authority on ProStores best practices and design, Dennis remains closely involved in client projects and abreast of current trends and changes in the online commerce world.

An eBay Stores Certified Designer, Tamra had already established a design business specializing in eBay, eCommerce solutions and web design before joining TowerOS. As Team Leader in Development and eBay Design her expertise helps create a more productive and effective web presence for our clients. A professional web developer since 2000 and an active member of eBay since 2001, Tamra is an experienced eBay seller, giving her a special understanding of eBay marketing and design. Her client list and design portfolio include almost 200 clients, including more than 100 eBay stores and websites.

Joining TowerOS in 2008, Erika provides data management, content writing, editing and quality assurance services in addition to administrative support. With a background in publishing and software testing, she has an attention to detail that ensures accuracy and optimal presentation for clients’ site content and product data.
